FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $250

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchasing. We do not ship out on weekends or holidays. 
  • Please double check the address you provide during shipment, we will not be held responsible for any packages that end up lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 

 U.S. ORDERS
  • Once shipped, orders will generally take 2-5 business days to arrive depending on where you live. 
  • All orders will include a USPS tracking number, you will receive your tracking number via email once your package has been shipped. 
  • Please upgrade to USPS Priority Mail if you would like insurance included in your shipment. (USPS covers up to $100 for lost, damaged and missing packages. Insurance will not cover packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please visit the USPS website for more information.)
  • USPS insurance does not cover stolen packages, if you feel your location is an unsafe place for delivery, please notify us immediately so we can add a signature confirmation to your order. With a signature confirmation, your package will not be delivered unless someone in your household has signed for it. 
  • Please note that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you have a problem with your package, contact the United States Postal Service immediately at 1(800) 275-8777.
  • By making a purchase with us, you agree LEGRA will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages that may happen during shipment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

  • USPS First Class International shipping delivery times may vary between 2-12 weeks depending on your local post office. Unfortunately we are not able to provide a better estimated time of arrival as it is different for every country. Shipment will also depend on how long your package is processed through customs.
  • On average, shipment to Canada normally takes 1-2 weeks to arrive. 
  • All USPS First Class International packages will include a tracking number, but please note it is common to see no additional tracking information once your package leaves the US.
  • USPS Priority Mail International normally takes 6-12 business days to arrive, includes a tracking number and insurance (up to $100 for lost or missing packages, please visit the USPS website for more information).
  • Please check with your local post office or the customs department for any import duties, local taxes or handling charges that may be applied to your purchase. 
  • We do not determine any foreign duties or local taxes associated with imported packages and will not be held responsible for any of the charges that may occur. 
  • Please keep in mind that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you experience any problems during shipment please contact your local post office immediately. 
  • By making a purchase with us, you agree LEGRA will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages that may happen during shipment.

RETURN POLICY 

  • All returns are accepted for store credit only
  • Your return must be mailed out within 14 days of receiving your package. All items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition. Please try on our items with care, any items with stains or odors will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • We do not accept returns under any circumstances for items; sale, jewelry, & accessories, those items are final sale. Sorry for the inconvenience! 
  • All shipping fees that occur during a return are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please print out this return form and fill out all the required information. 
  • Repackage your items and don’t forget to include the form! 
  • Send your return back to us through your preferred shipping method.
  • Once your return has been received, please allow 3-4 business days for your store credit to be processed. 
  • Please make sure your return is in the exact same condition as it was received in. Your item will not be eligible for a return or exchange if it has any odors (good or bad) or stains from cosmetics, lotions, deodorants, etc. Store credit is sent via email as an online gift card. Gift cards will never expire and can be used towards anything on our website.

EXCHANGE POLICY 
  • If you would like to make an exchange, please make a new purchase to guarantee the item is still in stock by the time we receive your return package.
  • Make note of the new order you have placed on your return form and we will refund the amount towards your new purchase. 
  • Please note; an exchange is the only instance where we will allow a refund.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
  • Please make sure your return is in the exact same condition as it was received in. You will not be refunded for your exchange if the item has any odors (good or bad) or stains from cosmetics, lotions, deodorants, etc.

CANCELLATIONS

We want to process your order as quickly as possible, so if you happen to change your mind, send a cancellation request to info@thelegra.com right away!
Note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if your cancellation has been processed. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Note that we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, at any time.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

If an item has a future ship date, it means that the item is on its way to us and is estimated to be available to ship on the date specified. This way, you can purchase and reserve the item(s) you want in advance to ensure you're the first to get your hands on it!
Payment for the item will be taken at the time the order is placed and your card will be charged. If you have purchased any additional items that are currently in stock, your entire order will be shipped in full as soon as all items are available. If you require certain items before your item arrives, we recommend placing separate orders.
