We ship from Los Angeles, CA.  

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Once shipped, most domestic orders will take 2-5 business days to arrive.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 to 12 weeks depending on your local post office. Unfortunately we cannot provide a better estimated time of arrival as it is different for every country.

Do you ship worldwide?
We sure do!

Why do some international customers have to pay to receive their packages?
Different countries have different customs regulations. We can not control or determine what fees or shipping rates may apply and we are not responsible for paying these fees.  

Can I exchange an item?
At this time we are only offering returns.

How often do you restock?
This is different for every item. Some items are restocked quite regularly, while some don't get restocked at all. Unfortunately, a majority of our items will not get restocked and are only available at a first come first serve basis.
